We use cutting-edge digital tools (like Glidewell.io, Oryx, and SprintRay 3D printing) to streamline care—and we’re looking for someone just as organized and upbeat to help us run the front desk with excellence.

💼 Position: Front Office Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + perks
Start Date: ASAP

🔑 What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

Checking patients in and out with accuracy and efficiency

Scheduling appointments and managing the doctor’s calendar

Answering phones and helping patients with treatment or financial questions

Verifying insurance and assisting with claims

Collecting payments and providing receipts

Helping maintain a smooth, stress-free workflow for the clinical team

🌟 What We’re Looking For
Experience in a dental or medical front office (preferred)

A positive attitude and strong communication skills

Excellent organization and multitasking ability

Tech-savvy — comfort with digital tools and scheduling software (Oryx is a plus!)
