Richmond, TXWe are seeking a dependable, energetic dental assistant to join a growing, boutique-style general dentistry practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a family-oriented environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellent patient care are valued every day.
Our practice provides a full range of general dental services, including root canals, implants, veneers, crowns, and bridges. We accept PPO and Medicare plans and provide referrals to pediatric specialists for children under 13. As a single-doctor office with a warm, personalized atmosphere, we are looking for someone who can help support smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to every patient.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be organized, able to multitask, and committed to providing excellent patient care. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. All team members are expected to be cross-trained to help with different duties as needed.
This role includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers a starting pay of $22 per hour, with higher compensation available for candidates who bring a strong skill set and experience. We are growing quickly, and this position is available to support that growth.
