Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience tailored to their needs.
- Provide preventive care education to children and their parents about oral hygiene, nutrition, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal oral health for our younger patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within our electronic health record system, adhering to all privacy regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and pediatric care to continually enhance patient services.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required; a passion for working with children is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
