Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
-Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and charting.
-Capture digital radiographs
-Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative care for long-term oral health.
-Apply fluoride and other caries-preventive agents as needed.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile operatory, adhering to all infection control protocols.
-Assist the dentist with examinations and various dental procedures when required.
-Accurately and efficiently document all patient care and treatment details.
-Sterilize dental instruments
-Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:
-Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in Massachusetts
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
-Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Part-time position:
-Hours will vary based on patient scheduling and availability. Flexibility is appreciated.
-$40 - $55 / hr
