Bilingual dental assistant

We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish), patient-focused professional to support daily operations in a private, single-doctor general dental practice. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and contributing to a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting with chairside procedures, taking and developing digital X-rays as directed, maintaining accurate patient records, and helping with front-to-back office coordination as needed. You will also support patient comfort by explaining routine procedures, answering basic questions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

The ideal candidate should have a high school education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with patients and team members. Bilingual communication skills are required and will be used to help serve a diverse patient community. Prior dental office experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn are equally important.

For safety and infection control, the office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.
