Join Our Exceptional Front Office Team in a Leading Endodontics Practice

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient care in a state-of-the-art endodontic office? We are seeking a dedicated Front Office team member with a passion for providing exceptional service and support in a comforting environment. Our practice is focused on delivering precision care and outstanding patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with insurance verification, and proficiency in scheduling appointments. You will be responsible for greeting and transitioning patients, discussing insurance coverage, and maintaining patient records, all while ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your ability to discuss treatment plans and manage our scheduling software, TDO, will be essential.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will have opportunities to assist chairside, take radiographs, and collect patient information when needed. A two-year background in a dental office is required, along with specific skills in customer service and infection control.
