We are a fun, energetic, and professional general dentistry office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on alleviating dental anxiety. As our current dental hygienist prepares for retirement, we are excited to welcome a new team member who shares our passion for enhancing patient experiences and promoting excellent oral health.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will primarily work one-on-one with patients, providing comprehensive dental hygiene services. You will play a vital part in educating our patients about oral health and preventive care while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality dental cleanings, assessments, and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and personalized preventive care.
- Document patient visits accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with dentists and the rest of the dental team to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns regarding dental procedures.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental hygienist in a general dental practice.
- Current state licensure to practice dental hygiene.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing patient flow.
