Lead Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Dental Assistant to join our private practice, focused on Whole Health biological Dentistry. Our office emphasizes prevention and the body’s innate ability to heal, utilizing bio-compatible materials and the latest technologies to provide safe alternatives in dental care. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, helping them achieve optimal oral health.

As a key member of our team, you will assist the dentist in various treatments, prepare and sterilize instruments, and manage patient records. A vital aspect of this role is your familiarity with taking X-rays to support our comprehensive diagnostic approach. Your contributions will be instrumental in our customized periodontal protocols that shift the narrative from generic dental advice to personalized patient care.

We provide a supportive work environment equipped with essential personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and more, ensuring your safety. Enjoy a structured full-time schedule with a 30-minute lunch break and ample parking availability.

Private practice with 1 dentist. Whole Health focused biological Dentistry with bio compatible materials, current technologies, safe alternatives and healing intentions. We see patients of all age group. Our goal is to emphasize on prevention and optimizing body's innate ability to heal well.
Our Hygiene program includes use of phase contrast microscope so that we can provide customized perio protocol for each client instead of saying "you need to floss more". The microscope is truly a paradigm shift.
