Hygienist for desirable private office, full-time

A well-established and growing dental practice is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our team full-time. This opportunity is available as our current hygienist prepares for retirement, creating a welcoming opening for someone eager to build a long-term career in a supportive and professional environment.

Our practice provides general and private dental care with a strong focus on patient comfort, quality service, and clinical excellence. Drs. Sarah Brent and Olivia Owens, along with a skilled and friendly team, work in a new, modern building designed to support efficient, high-quality care. The office is located on Shawnee Mission Parkway, by Einstein’s Bagels just west of Mission Road, with parking available on-site.

This role is well-suited for a recent graduate or someone with 0 years of experience who is ready to grow in a professional setting. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough, personalized care.

Responsibilities include performing routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, patient education, and preventive dental services while maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall flow of the office. A one-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.

Compensation starts at over $50 per hour, with hourly bonus opportunities up to $60 per hour. Additional benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) match, and hourly bonus programs.
