Responsibilities:
Perform hygiene procedures including prophy, SRP, perio maintenance
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Take diagnostic x-rays and charting
Collaborate with doctor on periodontal diagnosis & treatment planning
Maintain a clean and calming operatory environment
Contribute to an elevated patient experience
Services We Provide:
Cleanings, periodontal therapy, crowns, veneers, root canals, sedation dentistry, Botox/Xeomin, whitening, aligners, and more.
Ideal Candidate:
New Grad Licensed RDH in the state of Texas
Strong communication & patient education skills
Compassionate, organized, and patient-first mindset
Thrives in a luxury, hospitality-focused environment
Experience with anxious patients or sedation is a plus
