We are a vibrant, doctor-owned start-up private General Dentistry practice that opened in May 2022, and we are actively seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Our office has been designed to provide a positive, family-oriented environment where everyone contributes to making dentistry a better experience for our patients.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring a fantastic guest experience by assisting our doctor with various procedures and maintaining an efficient workflow in our practice. Your skills will be essential in providing high-quality patient care, from infection control and instrument sterilization to patient education and charting.
Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of dental assisting experience preferred. A Registered Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification are also preferred but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a team-oriented attitude over experience, and we are committed to providing opportunities for professional growth.
As part of our commitment to safety, personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, including disposable gowns, N95 masks, and face shields. Join us in creating a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere for both patients and team members!
