We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established family practice located in the Newport Center Medical Buildings. Led by Dr. Michael S. Barnes, a respected general dentist with over 30 years of service in the community, our practice is known for creating a welcoming environment for our wonderful patients.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and promoting oral health. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking and developing dental radiographs, conducting patient assessments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. You will be expected to build rapport with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a patient-centered approach, and we are looking for a kind and friendly hygienist who embodies this philosophy. A minimum of one year of experience in a dental hygiene role is required, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with patients and the dental team. Your expertise will be essential in helping our patients improve and maintain their oral health.
Our office has created a supportive work environment, offering an employee parking lot for your convenience and ensuring that you have a designated lunch break every day from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. The part-time position offers competitive compensation at $68.00 per hour, allowing you to balance your professional life with personal and family commitments.
