Sugar Land, TXJob Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a thriving general practice environment. This part-time position is specifically for Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a perfect opportunity for healthcare professionals looking to balance work and personal life.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exemplary patient care while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting oral health assessments, providing patient education on effective oral hygiene practices, and collaborating with our dental team to support overall patient health.
Our office is well-equipped with modern tools and technology to aid in providing exceptional care. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending about 45 minutes on routine prophylaxis. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, which is why we provide a full range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Candidates must possess a valid dental hygiene license and a minimum of three years of experience in a dental setting. While a laser certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients and provide outstanding customer service will be critical to your success in this role.
We also prioritize the well-being of our team members by offering a one-hour lunch break, allowing you to recharge during your busy workday. With ample parking available, commuting to work will be convenient and hassle-free.
