Front Office Business Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Office Business Coordinator to join our comprehensive, modern dental practice in East Point, Georgia. The ideal candidate is a professional, articulate, and polished individual—with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple front office responsibilities efficiently. We are looking to fill this position immediately, and a stable work history and professional references are required.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in submitting insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Skilled in insurance verification and interpreting benefits
- Experience in case presentation and treatment plan coordination
- Demonstrated success in treatment plan acceptance
- Ability to maintain an organized and productive schedule
- Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
