Are you an experienced dental leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and growing an orthodontic practice?

We’re looking for a Traveling Orthodontic Operations Manager to support multiple locations throughout the Colorado Springs market. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands both the business and clinical sides of orthodontics and knows how to turn strong relationships into practice growth.

Your Territory

You’ll travel between orthodontic offices throughout the Colorado Springs market, including locations as far south as Fountain and as far west as Woodland Park.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: Generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility around start and end times
Travel: Must be comfortable traveling between assigned locations

What You’ll Do

As a Traveling Orthodontic Operations Manager, you’ll help drive operational excellence, team performance, patient growth, and overall practice success across multiple locations.

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee dental office teams across multiple locations
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and exceptional patient care
- Coach employees and conduct performance management conversations when needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure teams have the tools and resources to succeed
- Help drive new patient growth through strong relationships with referring general dentists
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with local dental practices
- Help increase orthodontic consultations and treatment starts
- Oversee insurance verification processes and help ensure accurate patient information
- Monitor office performance and contribute to achieving operational and financial goals
- Assist with P&L management and understand key business performance indicators
- Oversee inventory levels, supply ordering, and appropriate utilization of resources
- Help maintain efficient workflows and consistent operational standards
- Support patient education and understanding of orthodontic treatment options
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
