Dental Assistant (DA, RDA, RDAEF2) Part-time or Full-time

Barsoum Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! DA, RDA and RDAEF2 candidates are welcome to apply. We're looking for someone eager to contribute to our patient-focused environment and help uphold our 5-star reputation.

We’re primarily hiring for general dentistry, but experience with—or willingness to assist—our specialists is a big plus.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience
- Energetic and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Warm, patient-focused, and a great communicator
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with Open Dental and Dexis is a plus, but not required
- No upselling or production-pressure environment

Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during a wide range of procedures
- Taking digital X-rays (we use Dexis)
- Capturing intraoral photos
- Infection control and instrument sterilization
- Making patients feel comfortable and well cared for
- Delivering post-op instructions and oral hygiene education
- Taking and pouring up impressions

Private dental office with two locations, Chino and Upland, CA. We are a larger office that provides general and multi-specialty services (Endo, Perio, Ortho, OS). We accept most PPO insurance, no HMO/Denti-cal. Black scrubs are preferred for back office, if you have them. Front office typically wears all black business casual attire. HR does require temps to complete appropriate paperwork, results in W2. Compensation is received via direct deposit every other Thursday.

Disposable gowns, Face shields, Goggles, Latex gloves, N95 masks, Nitrile gloves, Regular masks, Additional: Disposable hair bonnets and disposable shoe covers are also available.
