Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team at our general, multi-doctor, and private practice. This is an exciting opportunity for both seasoned professionals and new graduates eager to embark on their career in dental hygiene.

As a vital member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the health and comfort of our patients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive care, emphasizing preventive dentistry and patient education. Your responsibilities will include performing critical tasks such as oral cancer screenings, routine adult recalls, and various periodontal treatments, including SRP. You will also deliver tailored oral hygiene instruction to patients, ensuring they have the knowledge to maintain their dental health at home.

Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and advanced treatment tools like KaVo and NOMAD Pro. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, treating one patient at a time, which allows you to deliver quality care without the pressures of a high-volume practice.

Our team embraces critical thinking, teamwork, and exceptional communication skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. We value your expertise in skills such as oral hygiene instruction, nutritional counseling, and airway management, which will enhance our commitment to patient-centered care.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $45-$48, along with a monthly 33% production bonus. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance (including dental and vision), 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor contribution, PTO, paid holidays, short-term disability insurance options, and a wellness stipend.

You’ll enjoy built in breaks of 15-30 minutes on 7-3 days and a 1 hour lunch on 9-6 days, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Full disclosure: our hours will likely change to 8-3 and 9-5 in the next year at some point. All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided to ensure your safety and that of our patients.
