Our well-established, multi-location dental group in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated and skilled general dentist to join our thriving practice. With over 15 years of successful operation, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality dentistry to a diverse patient base across areas like Inglewood and Boyle Heights. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our strong production systems that enable our providers to flourish both clinically and financially.
In our practice, you will find an exciting, fast-paced environment that is far from the typical hygiene-check model. We maintain a consistent patient flow with a diverse mix of PPO, cash, and some Denti-Cal plans, ensuring that you will have plenty of opportunities to engage with patients and perform a wide array of dental procedures.
As a member of our team, you will benefit from a fully digital workflow that includes advanced technologies such as intraoral scanning with iTero. We foster a culture of clinical autonomy, allowing you to make decisions in patient care while having access to support when needed. Your skills will be valued as you perform a wide range of dental procedures: from restorative and crown/bridge work to extractions (both simple and surgical), implant placement and restoration, as well as clear aligner therapy (Invisalign).
We are looking for associates who are confident, efficient, and ethical, yet understand the importance of production. Ideal candidates should be comfortable discussing treatment options with patients and are eager to grow professionally rather than simply getting through the day.
