Dental Assistant
LOCATION
San Antonio, TXWe are seeking a dependable and patient-focused dental assistant to join our full-time team in a busy general and private dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent support to both patients and providers.
In this position, you will assist with a variety of clinical and chairside duties, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing dental radiographs, and supporting the dentist during procedures. A strong understanding of nitrous monitoring and experience with oral sedation monitoring are important for this role. You should be comfortable helping patients feel at ease, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following proper infection control and safety procedures.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Cross-training is not required, but it is a plus. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and able to work well with both patients and team members.
