We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental professional to join a growing private practice established in 1967. Our practice provides comprehensive care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment that serves a diverse mix of General, Single doctor, Medicaid, PPO, and Private patients. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who values quality care, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships.

In this role, you will provide essential preventive oral health services and support the doctor in delivering exceptional care. Clinical responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, performing cleanings and preventive maintenance, taking and reviewing relevant clinical records as needed, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment recommendations. You will also help maintain an organized, efficient operatory and support a smooth patient experience throughout the day.

Our schedule is designed to allow for focused, quality care. Depending on the day, you may see one patient at a time or two patients at a time with the help of a hygiene assistant. On average, you will spend about 60 minutes with each patient, allowing you the time needed to be thorough and attentive. We are looking for someone who communicates well, works effectively with others, and takes pride in providing a positive experience for every patient.

No prior experience is required, and no special skills are necessary beyond a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. A college-level education is expected, and candidates should be comfortable working in a clinical setting where reliability, efficiency, and patient comfort are important.

For safety and infection control, the office provides nitrile gloves and regular masks as part of standard PPE. Parking is available in the parking lot for staff convenience.

This position is available due to the continued growth of our practice. We offer an hourly rate of $65 for this part-time role.
