About the Role

As a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and administrative support, helping ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all clinical procedures (four-handed dentistry, room setup/breakdown, sterilization)
Take high-quality X-rays and support patient care during procedures
Support hygienists with preventative and periodontal treatments
Assist with charting and treatment planning
Contribute to inventory, lab coordination, and supply management
Help with front-office duties as needed (cross-training component)
Deliver a warm, family-like experience for every patient
Participate in opening and closing duties as a team

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
Cross-training experience or willingness to learn both clinical and admin tasks
Strong computer and dental software skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of compliance with dental regulations and standards
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
