Lead Dental Assistant

Our growing private dental practice is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our professional and friendly team. We are looking for a highly skilled, efficient, and dependable individual with at least five years of dental assisting experience who can keep a fast-paced clinical environment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has excellent chair-side skills, and anticipates the dentist’s needs while maintaining efficiency and organization throughout the day. This role requires someone confident, quick, and detail-oriented, with the ability to lead by example, support the clinical team, and help maintain high standards of patient care.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with patients, and contributes positively to a collaborative office culture. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a welcoming and professional environment.
