We are a growing 7 year old fee for service/PPO general practice looking for a reliable Dental Hygienist to help treat patients and promote good oral health practices. We are seeking an individual who is able to build trust with patients of all ages. You should have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral diseases and abnormalities.
Also having fun is something we love to do together. We have team outings , including holidays lunches and birthday celebrations. We look forward to the opportunity to have you as part of our team.
Responsibilities

· Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
· Sterilize dental instruments properly
· Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
· Ability to co-diagnosing oral conditions of the mouth including periodontal conditions
· Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride)
· Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care
· Proficient in taking full-mouth series of X-rays, intraoral photos and scanning
· Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Skills
· Open Dental experience a plus but not a must
· Must have 2-5 years’ experience
· Positive Attitude
