Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to oversee the daily clinical operations of our dental practice while providing exceptional chairside assistance. The Lead RDA serves as a role model for the clinical team, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with safety regulations, and an outstanding patient experience. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification as required by state law.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
