Dental Assistant

Thrive Dental Co. is a modern, thoughtful, and eco-conscious dental practice in Acton, MA. We believe that taking great care of our patients starts with taking great care of our team.

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who is caring, dependable, curious, and excited to grow with us. Someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely enjoys helping people, and wants to be part of a team where everyone supports one another.

We take dentistry seriously, but not ourselves. We work hard, care deeply about our patients, and try to have a lot of fun along the way.

Schedule

34 hours/week

Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:15 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:15 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (because we like to start the weekend early!)

What you’ll be doing

Chairside assisting
Sterilization and infection control
Inventory management
Keeping the office organized and running smoothly
Cross-training in front desk responsibilities
Building genuine relationships with our patients
Participating in continuing education and training
Helping wherever needed to support the team
