Front Desk Coordinator

Join our dynamic pediatric dental specialty practice, dedicated to providing top-notch care to our young patients. With two locations in Sugarland and Katy, we are seeking a motivated Front Office Professional to be the first point of contact for our families.

As a vital team member, you will facilitate scheduling, manage patient records, and assist with insurance verification for Medicaid, PPO, and private patients. Familiarity with dental terminology and experience in a multi-doctor setting are advantageous, as is proficiency in Open Dental scheduling software.

We value a collaborative and supportive work environment, where your contributions enhance patient experiences. You will work closely with our skilled dental professionals while adhering to safety protocols. We provide all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

With a commitment to excellence in patient care, we seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a dental setting.
