Dental Patient Coordinator

Sealy Dental Center located in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. We are an established, fast-paced office known for delivering exceptional dental care in a friendly, supportive environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Compensation: $20-$21/hr, plus bonus opportunities

As a Dental Patient Coordinator, your duties will include:

Checking patients in/out
Insurance verification understanding
Answering phones
Calling re-care patients
Scheduling appointments
Assisting with keeping the schedule full
Collecting payments from patients' current and outstanding balances
Requirements:

Experience in a dental front office setting (6+ months is required)
Insurance verification/knowledge (required)
Knowledge of dental procedure codes (required)
Customer Service skills (answering phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out)
Ability to multitask
High energy with a great positive attitude
Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting

Strong technical abilities with patient management systems - Denticon software experience is a plus!
Pay Range
USD $20.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
