Lead Dental Assistant

LOCATION
Flower Mound, TX

A large private practice in Flower Mound is looking for a registered dental assistant to lead a team of six assistants and four doctors.  Our office is very busy and requires daily coordination to ensure patients are seen on time.
Our doctors rely heavily upon assistants to make the patient experience something extraordinary.  They do this efficiently and quickly yet retain their charm.  They need an understanding of restorative procedures, including crowns, fillings, root canals, Invisalign, diagnostics, and implants.  Our assistants make temporary crowns, type up charts, educate patients, and run sterilization.  In addition to technical skills, an assistant must be compassionate, talkative, and fun to work with. 
The lead position we're looking for can handle the technical aspects listed above and teach skills to other assistants. 

$28-$30/hour
