Clinical Team Member

We're a boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice in the heart of Williamsburg, and we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented clinical team member to join our small, high-performing team.

The Role

You'll be working directly alongside our providers — including our dentists and hygienists — in a fast-paced, quality-focused clinical environment. This is a hands-on chairside role — you'll be part of every step of the patient experience, from setup through completion.

Schedule (25–40 hrs/week, tentative):

Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Chairside assisting for cosmetic, restorative, and comprehensive dental procedures
Setting up and breaking down operatories to a precise, consistent standard
Supporting digital workflows including intraoral scanning and 3D printing (SprintRay)
Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
Communicating with the front desk team to keep the day running smoothly
Contributing to a clinical environment that patients notice and remember

What We're Looking For

Dental assisting experience required — cosmetic or restorative background strongly preferred
Calm, focused, and precise under pressure
Takes ownership of your role without needing to be managed closely
High attention to detail — you notice when things aren't right and you fix them
A genuine interest in growing your clinical knowledge
Excellent communicator and team player
Comfortable taking x-rays and experienced with intraoral scanning
Proud to work in a clinical environment where the standard for excellence is high and visible every day
