We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office assistant with an active RDA to join our vibrant dental practice specializing in general and cosmetic dentistry. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for patient care and a knack for outstanding customer service.

As the Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing patient scheduling using our software systems (Diamond Dental, Fuse Patterson), verifying insurance, Electronic insurance billing, and assisting with various administrative tasks. An easy-going and approachable demeanor is essential to making patients feel comfortable and valued. This position does require to have an active RDA license and help out in the back when needed and must have minimum of 2 years of DENTAL experience.

Hours M, T, Thurs and alternating Fridays 8:30-5pm Wednesday 8:30-5pm
An one-hour lunch break is included during your shift, and convenient parking is available at our office.
