Full-time RDA

We are seeking a dependable, motivated dental assistant to join our growing, fully digital practice on a full-time basis. Our office provides comprehensive care across General, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Multi-Doctor, Medicaid, PPO, Private, and Endodontics services, with a strong focus on Implants, Invisalign, and Cosmetics. We are committed to patient-centered care and use modern technology and techniques to deliver excellent outcomes in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of chairside experience and is comfortable with four-handed dentistry, dental charting, digital X-rays, intraoral imaging, impressions, crowns/preparation, extractions, air polishing, patient recall, scheduling, filing, inventory, and infection control. Additional strengths include customer service, dental terminology, bilingual communication, CPR certification, and experience with DEXIS, iTero, NOMAD Pro, and intraoral cameras.

We offer a professional team environment, PTO, and a team bonus structure. PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, respirator masks, and HIPAA filters. Lunch break is 1–2 p.m. daily except Fridays. Parking is available in the lot in front of the business. Compensation is $20–24/hour. Join a practice where you can grow and make a difference.
