We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our front office team in a general dental practice on a part-time basis. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities will include checking in ,Checking out , appointment scheduling, insurance verification, filling the scheduling, while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in English and another language . Familiarity with dental terminology, is essential for success in this role.
Our ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in a dental office is preferred. We value teamwork, positive communication, and a commitment to patient care.
