Scheduling Philosophy (This Is Important)

We do not cut hours, send hygienists home early, or change schedules week-to-week.

Fixed schedules by design — not reactive scheduling

Paid for scheduled hours, even during growth ramp-up

Compensation & Details

$67–$72/hour depending on experience

PTO + paid holidays

Full-time or part-time options

Full-time: 4 days/week

Part-time: 2 days/week

Guaranteed scheduled hours

Limited hygiene seats available
