Long Term Temp/Locum Dentist

We are a small, privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, honest care in a calm and welcoming environment. Our office features four fully digital, well-equipped operatories and serves a loyal base of PPO and cash patients. With a dedicated hygienist available every day, we place a strong emphasis on preventive care, personalized treatment, and clear communication. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused dentist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a General and PPO practice where quality dentistry, strong relationships, and ethical treatment planning are at the center of everything we do. This role is well suited for a clinician who is comfortable delivering comprehensive care, building trust with patients, and taking the time needed to provide excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental needs, developing thoughtful treatment plans, and performing restorative and operative procedures with precision. Experience with composite restorations, crowns, bridges, bleaching, Zoom whitening, pit and fissure sealants, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and general dentistry is highly valued. Additional proficiency in endodontics, root canal therapy, rotary endodontics, extractions, oral surgery, implant restoration, restoring implants, and cosmetic dentistry is preferred. Comfort with local anesthesia, nitrous oxide administration, four-handed dentistry, sterile procedures, and patient education is also important.

Candidates should be CPR certified and confident using modern technology, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, Planmeca systems, Schick sensors, Medit scanners, Eaglesoft, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and a commitment to educating patients about their oral health are essential. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of honest recommendations, collaborative teamwork, and compassionate care.
