Private Holistic Office Seeking RDA
LOCATION
Flower Mound, TXWe are seeking a reliable, motivated dental assistant to join our growing, full-time clinical team in a modern, patient-focused dental office. This role supports a practice that includes General, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Multi-Specialty, Single Doctor, and Private care, with a strong emphasis on comprehensive treatment and exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong skills in assisting, charting, x-rays, and Open Dental. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and organized operatory, and supporting the doctor and team with daily clinical needs. Cross-training is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking digital radiographs, entering accurate chart notes, sterilizing instruments, maintaining proper infection control, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
This full-time position offers 30+ hours per week, a 30-minute lunch break, and competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) and a percentage of product sales for a motivated provider. PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and respirator masks. Parking is available on-site.
