Endodontist needed for in-house Specialty in Redding, CA
We are a busy out-of-network dental practice located in Northern California seeking an experienced Endodontist to join our team one day per month, with the potential to expand to two back-to-back days every other week based on mutual availability.
About the Role:
- Frequency: 1 day/month to start, with flexibility to expand
- Location: Northern California – ideal for candidates based in the Sacramento area, though we’re open to speaking with doctors who may need to fly in
- Schedule: Preferably 8 treatment patients and 4 consults per day
- Facilities: 1 operatory for treatment, 1 for consultations
- Imaging: No CBCT on-site, but we do have access to one nearby
- Accommodations: Overnight hotel stay covered
- Pay Structure: Competitive compensation – $3,000 per diem or 50% of production, whichever is greater
- Patient Base: Fee-for-service model with procedures averaging $1,800–$2,000 per case

- A dedicated board-certified Endodontist (not a general dentist)
- Someone who understands the pace and environment of a non-urban, high-demand setting
- Providers who value patient care and efficiency
- A flexible, reliable partner interested in building a long-term collaboration
