Front Desk and Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated front office professional with at least one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with insurance verification and presenting treatment plans is highly valued. Familiarity with the Winoms scheduling software is a plus.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, verifying insurance, presenting treatment plans and ensuring smooth communication between patients and our clinical staff. You will also be provided with necessary education to maintain a safe working environment.
