Dental Hygenist

In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care with a focus on patient comfort and education. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough, personalized care. Daily responsibilities include prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, oral cancer screening, patient recall, pit and fissure sealants, Chlorhexidine applications, Cavitron use, and Zoom Whitening treatments. You will also support patient communication and encourage long-term oral health through clear, compassionate education.

This position is well-suited for someone who has at least 4 years of experience and is comfortable with standard hygiene procedures and expectations. No special skills beyond normal hygiene expertise are required. A college-level education is expected, along with professionalism, reliability, and a genuine interest in building strong patient relationships.

The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break, and parking is available in a parking garage for added convenience. Benefits include parking, health insurance, and PTO. Compensation is hourly, offering steady pay in a practice that values consistency, quality, and teamwork.
