Resourceful and self-directed RDA needed

Are you an experienced and outgoing Dental Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in a supportive work environment? We are seeking a skilled bilingual (Spanish) professional to join our private practice general dentistry office located in North Arlington. With a strong emphasis on patient care and comprehensive treatment options, we take pride in creating a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.

In our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care, utilizing your expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We offer a variety of dental procedures, including standard restorative work, oral surgeries, and conscious sedation options. We appreciate being able to offer a fulfilling, relaxed work environment to our employees as we value your expertise and dedication to the dental profession.

To thrive in this role, candidate must possess 3 years of experience in clinical assisting and experience with CAD-CAM restoration design, with proficiency in Radiography, Infection Control, Record keeping/Compliance, Dental Terminology, and Electronic Charting (EagleSoft preferred).

Our practice provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and the safety of our patients. You will have access to a private parking lot, 30 minute to 1-hour lunch break during your shifts. As part of our commitment to your work-life balance, Paid time off (PTO) is available after one (1) year of employment, as well as paid holidays and professional development after six (6) months of employment.

The hourly rate for this position is negotiable based on skill, so please be ready to demonstrate your knowledge with CAD-CAM when called upon to interview.
