Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Dentrix software.
Review and maintain patient documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with filing and organizing patient records in a computerized system.
Handle billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Proficiency in using TDO dental software is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Attention to detail for accurate documentation review and filing processes.
Basic computer skills with familiarity in office software applications.
