About the Role:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our practice, working closely with both our patients and the dental team to promote optimal oral health. Your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. Your expertise will contribute to a positive and supportive environment, where patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess a current license as a Dental Hygienist. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team are essential. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also genuinely cares about creating positive experiences for our patients. Experience in a general practice setting is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to grow and learn in a supportive atmosphere.
Work Environment:
We pride ourselves on fostering a collegial and friendly work environment. Our office provides convenient parking available in front, and you will benefit from a one-hour lunch break during your shifts.
What We Offer:
In return for your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $50 to $57 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Paid Time Off (PTO), holiday pay, a 401(k) retirement plan, and the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.
