Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Rancho Mirage, CAWe are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team in a full-time role. Our practice provides care across pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and private dentistry, so the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a wide range of patient needs.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting during procedures, taking and processing dental records, and ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. You will also help with scheduling support, maintaining organized clinical areas, and following infection control and safety guidelines.
The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with dentists, hygienists, and other team members. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a caring approach are essential. Previous dental experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field. A high school education or equivalent is required.
