Lead Dental Front Office Coordinator – Experience Required

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

We're looking for a Dental Front Office Lead who is dependable, proactive, and patient-focused. If you’re ready to step into a key role in a positive, team-oriented practice — where your skills are appreciated and your ideas matter — we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
Verify PPO dental insurance (including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, etc.)
Present treatment plans and collect co-pays and balances
Submit insurance claims and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate records in Dentrix
Help problem-solve and support daily front office operations
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members

REQUIREMENTS:

Dentrix proficiency is required
Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance
Previous dental front office experience
Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and a true team player
Able to take initiative and follow through consistently
