Dental Assistant

Join our dynamic dental practice Higher Standards Dental Studio in Downtown Decatur. We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team and ensure a positive patient experience. As a full-time member of our practice, you will play a key role in delivering quality care at a general dental office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dental assisting, with proficiency in root canals, implants, and clear aligners and all aspects of general dentistry. Sleep apnea is a plus. Your growth mindset, organizational skills, ability to connect with any patient and leadership qualities will set the stage for your success in this position.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a startup dedicated to excellence in patient care and attention to detail. Our office offers a collaborative and friendly environment where you can further develop your skills. The position includes a one-hour lunch break, and parking is provided for your convenience. Hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5.

Additionally, we offer competitive compensation at a rate of $28-$30 per hour. Enjoy benefits such as paid time off after one year and a health stipend after 90 days. While cross-training is preferred, we value a willingness to learn and adapt within our team.
