Are you a passionate dental hygienist looking to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating healthy smiles through laughter? As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality preventive care and educational support to our patients. With a focus on periodontal health, we are seeking an individual with strong perio skills and a commitment to making each patient feel comfortable and valued. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental cleanings, assessing patient periodontal health, developing individualized care plans, and providing education on maintaining excellent oral hygiene.
In our practice, we ensure a safe and efficient working environment. You will have the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level, as you will see one patient at a time, allowing for focused attention and a rewarding experience for both the hygienist and the patient. Typically, you will spend one hour with existing patients and 1.5 hours with new patients, fostering an environment where conversations and laughter lead to lasting relationships and healthier smiles.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid RDH license and have 2-3 years of experience in a dental setting. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also enthusiastic about patient care and engagement. For this part-time role, we offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $43 to $45, commensurate with experience.
