Dr. Kiene and Dr. Merkley met and served together in the Army; after getting out they built Valor Dental from the ground up in 2022. We are located in North Fort Worth, in a town called Justin. It is an area that is booming with new growth. Due to that growth, a steady source of patient referrals and a robust marketing strategy we average 127 new patients/month. We are looking for an enthusiastic associate to come and join our team.

As a newer office, we have nothing but the best equipment to work with. We have invested heavily in 3-D radiographic technology, intraoral scanners, digital radiographs, 3D printer, sterilization equipment, quality handpieces/instrumentation as well as ergonomic chairs/stools. We place a high priority on quality both for our practice and for our patient care.

- Full or part time position available.
- We work Monday-Friday, 8-4pm. We will not ask you to work an early/late shift or a weekend.
- 0 years of experience required. Dr. Kiene and Dr. Merkley love to teach, they are both part-time teachers in CE courses focused on implant placement. Both doctors love to mentor and help expand your dental skills.
- Monthly compensation will be based on a daily minimum or a compensation percentage based on your performance; whichever is higher.
