Hygienist

A modern, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our full-time clinical team. Our office supports a broad range of services, including general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and multi-specialty care. We serve a diverse patient base in a collaborative, multi-doctor environment with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and individualized treatment.

This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys providing comprehensive care and building long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a PPO and private practice setting and is eager to contribute to a polished, team-oriented office where clinical excellence and patient comfort are equally important.

Responsibilities include performing thorough patient assessments, reviewing health histories, taking diagnostic images, completing periodontal charting, and delivering preventive and supportive periodontal therapy. The position also requires the ability to administer anesthetic in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical protocols. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend about 1 hour with each appointment, allowing for focused care and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, clinical precision, and a calm, reassuring manner are essential.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PTO, vacation, and a full-time 401(k) plan with a 3% match.
