Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Katy, TXWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate dental assistant to join an established general dental practice on part time/ full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while supporting efficient, high-quality care. Cross-training is preferred and valued in this position. Spanish speaker and Dentrix is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, setting up materials, assisting chairside during a variety of general dentistry procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also help with taking and processing dental radiographs, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, and supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with standard dental office procedures and infection control practices is important.
