We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our friendly, patient-focused dental office in Midland, TX. Established by Dr. Andrew Wilson in 1996, our practice has built a solid reputation within the community for delivering high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team values both professional excellence and patient comfort, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience for individuals and families alike.

As a dental hygienist in our general practice, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized patient care. You will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with patients across all age groups while conducting comprehensive examinations and cleanings. Our office prides itself on a one-on-one approach, allowing you to spend quality time with each patient; expect sessions typically ranging from one hour for regular adult prophylaxis to up to two hours for scaling and root planing.

This full-time position is ideal for both newly graduated hygienists and seasoned professionals. With no prior experience required, we welcome everyone who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You will be provided with the necessary tools, including paid licenses, continuing education opportunities, and scrubs.

Our practice operates with respect for local specialists and emphasizes the importance of teamwork for optimal patient outcomes. Enjoy your lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM in a dedicated space, with the flexibility of leaving earlier on some days. Parking is conveniently available in the employee area, ensuring easy access to our office.

This position is currently available due to the maternity leave of our existing hygienist. Dr. Andrew Wilson opened his practice in Midland, TX in August 1996. He graduated from Texas Tech and Baylor College of Dentistry in the top of his class. With a focus on details and quality care, the family dental office is established in the community. Patients enjoy a warm, friendly atmosphere knowing they are in trusted hands. We see patients of all ages, with a respect for our local specialists. Dr. Wilson enjoys restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Our dental hygiene staff is given the time to treat patients according to their treatment needs.
