Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Lincoln, MAWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time dental assistant to join our private, family-owned general dentistry practice. Our team is led by a father-and-daughter duo dedicated to providing high-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment. We serve patients of all ages, including individuals with special needs, and take pride in creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a close-knit, team-oriented office with three operatories and modern technology, including intraoral scanners and digital handheld (Nomad) X-ray systems. The ideal candidate is Radiology Certified, has at least 2 years of experience preferred, and enjoys working in a collaborative setting where patient care and teamwork come first. Our current assistant is relocating out of state, and there will be overlap for training to ensure a smooth transition.
This role includes a 1-hour lunch break daily, free parking in the lot outside the office, and a friendly office therapy dog who brings extra comfort and smiles to the day. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with PTO, holidays, and insurance benefits available.
We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and passionate about dentistry, with a strong commitment to excellent patient care and a positive attitude.
